Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Aurlanne website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register or order from us.

The www.aurlanne-jewellery.com website is operated by Anne-Laure Jaouën, trading as Aurlanne.

You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions as these are binding on you.

The information on gemstones and colours provided on this website is for guidance only. It is not intended to be a substitute for treatment by or the advice and care of a professional health-care provider. While the authors and publishers at the source of the information have endeavoured to ensure that the information they presented is accurate and up-to-date, they and Aurlanne are not responsible for adverse effects or consequences sustained by any persons using the information.

Colour, size and markings variations

Many of Aurlanne pieces feature natural materials, such as semi-precious stones, pearls, shells, and so on.  Where an item is available in a limited edition, colours and markings will inevitably vary slightly from piece to piece, which adds to their uniqueness.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions and specifications are correct on the website.  However, computer monitors render colour differently from one to another, and therefore slight variations in colour may occur.

Ordering from Aurlanne

You can place an order with www.aurlanne-jewellery.com by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including the delivery address, are correct.

We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will send you an order acknowledgment email to the email address you provided in your order form to confirm that your order has been received. This is not an Order Acceptance from Aurlanne.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order, and only then, is the purchase contract made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

– where sufficient stock are not available for the goods you have ordered;

– where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

– if there has been a pricing or product description error; or

– if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

– one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

Products from Aurlanne, without exceptions, are not for resale.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

If the price of an Aurlanne item is shown incorrectly due to a technical or typographical error, Aurlanne reserves the right to cancel any order for that item.  We will of course inform you of the correct price, should you wish to place another order for the item.

Our prices are reviewed periodically.  Check the website for any update.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including our Sale periods.
